Placement of Feet

Place the GRAVITAS PRO on the ground between your two feet and stand above it.


Put one foot on each side of the side panels. Line up both of your ankles on the coloured stickers as in the picture. Notice that your ankle bones are in the middle line of the centre piece. Your big toe bone should be resting on the end of the  side panel. You will now be standing directly above the centre of gravity of your body and in line with the universal force of Gravity.

PLACEMENT OF FEET

Place the GRAVITAS PRO on the ground between your two feet and stand above it. And put one foot on each side of the side panels.

 Line up both of your ankles on the coloured stickers as in the picture. Notice that your ankle bones are in the middle line of the centre piece. Your big toe bone should be resting on the end of the  side panel. You will now be standing directly above the centre of gravity of your body and in line with the universal force of Gravity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SITTING

Home use

1.  Remove the GRAVITAS PRO from the box and place it on the floor beneath you.


2.  Sit in your chair in your usual position and place both of your feet away from yourself.


3.  Put one foot on either side of the GRAVITAS PRO and line up your ankles on the coloured stickers that are on the middle of the side panels.


4.  Slowly draw your feet towards yourself whilst holding the GRAVITAS PRO between the inner sides of both of your feet. Continue drawing your legs towards your body very slowly until both of your legs form a right angle at both of your knees.

5.  You will now find that your lower back will be drawn in and your whole body will be sitting erect. Keep your feet holding the GRAVITAS PRO with the Big Toe bone resting gently against the front outer edge of the frame whilst seated.


6.  Daily use of the GRAVITAS PRO will train your body to maintain this correct posture and thus eliminate all of your lower and upper back and neck aches and pains.


7.  Please note that all forms of posture corrections will cause slight discomfort at the onset as the body adjusts to correct its prolonged body misalignments.

  This standing still routine using the GRAVITAS PRO as the aid in achieving this Chi or Vital Energy is extremely useful for the practitioners of  GROUNDING techniques and also for the practitioners of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to improve their grounding skills and the better attraction and absorption of the Chi or electro magnetic forces emanating from the centre of the planet.

3.  Stand erect and allow your arms to hang limp by your sides.


4.   Relax the muscles behind both of your knees. Do not bend your knees but just keep them relaxed.


5.  Your whole bodyweight should move forward  by itself very slightly and you should feel your weight behind your first and second toe. Keep standing whilst your feet keep in contact with the GRAVITAS PRO.


6.  Within a short space of time you should feel the energy from the floor rising through your body and your arms and fingers starting to throb and tingle. Adopt any of the postures demonstrated in the video and breathe naturally.


7.  Keep standing still and allow this Energy to travel throughout your body. You can vary the time that you feel that you want to continue this routine. As with all practices, time is of the essence to get the full benefit.
